The assessment process varies depending on the role that you apply for. Interviews last for one hour and are conducted by two people.
You may be asked to take part in a test for us to assess your competency, in addition to your interview.
Yes, there is no limit to the number of roles that you can apply for, however we encourage you only to apply for vacancies suitable to your skillset.
Yes, whenever we can we will encourage flexible working such as home working, flexible hours and part time work. Our job advertisements will indicate if there is an opportunity to work flexibly. Please mention this during the recruitment process to the hiring manager. Some roles can accommodate more flexibility than others, and business needs will be taken into consideration.
