We've made some additional resources available to you so you can better support your customers. This can come in the form of videos regarding how we work with our partners to additional documents or guides in how to access our services.

Emergency numbers

Sometimes, through no one's fault, things can go wrong. Our Emergency Numbers page is there so our most vulnerable customers know who they should call. We've even included the national helplines for gas emergencies and power cuts and provided room for them to put in their own numbers.
